PECOB provides information on the academic program, eligibility requirements, costs and scholarships of Ph.Ds, Masters, Summer Schools, Winter Schools, Workshops and Language courses that take place in Central Eastern and Balkan Europe or deal with these regions.
Many academic courses on Central Eastern and Balkan Europe are about to start in the next months. The Universities of Bologna and Sarajevo announced the 2012-2013 edition of the European Regional Master's Degree in Democracy and Human Rights in Southeast Europe, to be held in the Bosnian capital. The Master of Arts Interdisciplinary Research and Studies on Eastern Europe (MIREES) will begin in September at the Faculty of Political Sciences "R. Ruffilli", University of Bologna.

The MA International Economic Relations with a Special Focus on European Integration Studies programme at the Institute for Social & European Studies (ISES) provides students from around the world with the opportunity to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of international relations and economics, regional and global studies, political science, sociology, European culture and history. The MA is organized by ISES in partnership with Corvinus University of Budapest.
The "Antall József" Summer School offers an intensive praxis-oriented two-week-program focusing on the Visegrád Cooperation. The lectures will focus, above all, on current economic, foreign and security policy issues as well as on questions regarding national identity and topics related to culture. Furthermore, the future perspectives in particular issues of the V4 Cooperation will be central to the discussion.
This August, Preparing Global Leaders Institute (PGLI) will hold its 2nd annual Summer School. The school will focus on the theme of leadership and provide the students with a valuable training. The courses will cover the psychology of leadership, public speaking, political economy, diplomacy and foreign policy.
