The national Scholarship programme of the Slovak Republic

Location: Slovak Republic
Period: Academic year 2007-2008
Deadline: 15. May 2007 - for academic year 2007/2008; 15. November 2007 - for summer semester 2008

The national Scholarship programme of the Slovak Republic for the support of mobility of students, Phd student, University teachers and researchers invites to apply for:

- Scholarship for foreign university students to take part in masters (garaduate) study over a period of 1 to 2 semester at Slovak universities
- Scholarship for foreign Phd student to take a part of Phd study over a peridod of 1 to 12 months at Slovak university or research institutes
- Scholarship for foreign university teachers and researchers over a period of 1 to 12 months to carry out teaching or research at Slovak Uiversities, researches institutes, or nongovernmental organizations on basis of invitation.

Eligible Applicants

Eligible applicants from
- European Union member states
- other countries participating in the Bologna process - Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, the Russian Federation, Serbia, Switzerland, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, Ukraine 
- Belarus 
-  Canada, Central American countries, Latin American countries, Mexico, the United States of America
- Australia, China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, the Republic of South Africa, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
