The National Research University "Higher School of Economics" in Moscow and its Master's program in Political Analysis & Public Policy is happy to announce an exciting new opportunity, relevant for anyone interested in the sphere of public policy, global governance, political analysis and human rights: the Winter School for Prospective Students at the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" in Moscow, Russia.

The Winter School will include a presentation of the Master's program in Political Analysis & Public Policy, workshops, lectures from HSE professors, trainings and games to articulate your research interests and practical goals as well as admissions office consultations.
