Call for Applications: Training Course on Learning to Live Together – An Intercultural and Interfaith Programme for Ethics Education

Venue: Baku (Azerbaijan)
Period: Aug. 23-29, 2012

Brief description: “For Democratic Azerbaijan” Youth Public Union and Azerbaijan Tafakkur Youth Association (ATYA) are organizing an international training course on learning to live together. The programme advocates value-based and quality education for children and young people, and encourages the respect of child's rights to education as established by the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child.

How to apply to the Training Course

Eligibility

Candidates can also be over 30 years of age, as the course targets two groups: young people of up to 30 years of age and group leaders of 30 years old and older. The organizers invite youth workers, social workers or youth leaders actively involved in international and/or local youth, social, community work towards peacebuilding, intercultural dialogue and civil society development to apply in order to participate to the training course. Participants should be motivated and committed to take part to all activities envisaged by the programme.

Application Procedure

Candidates should send the filled in application form and Passport (only the page with photo) at hfaxrinuratga@yahoo.com by June 25, 2012. Invitations letters will be sent by July 15.
