PhD Scholarships at the University of St Andrews

The School of Modern Languages (Arabic, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Comparative Literature, Cultural Identity Studies, Linguistics) at the University of St Andrews has announced the availability of three PhD scholarships for outstanding candidates, starting in September 2012.
Each scholarship is worth £10,000 per year, for a period of three years of full-time doctoral study, or to beadapted accordingly for part-time study.
This amount will pay for home /EU tuition fees (currently £3,828 per year), with the remainder of the sum contributing to maintenance.

To be considered for one of these three scholarships, candidates must have applied for a PhD at the University of St Andrews by June 15, 2012. For information on how to apply to St Andrews please visit the University of St Andrews postgraduate application process pages.
