Brief description: The 18th edition of the CEI International Summer School "Beyond Enlargement. The Wider Europe and the New Neighbourhood" will take place in Cervia, from Sunday 2nd to Saturday 15th September 2012.
The aim of the summer school is to help participants learn about democratic developments, human rights, sustainable development, green economy and European integration.
The 2012 edition of the school will offer an arena for exchange of experiences as well as tools for strengthening the actions of activists in the Central and SEE Region, for fighting against discrimination, within the broader framework of Diversity Management, and spreading a new sense of economic development, with a special reference to Green Economy and Sustainable growth.

The School admits young CSO's and NGO's activists and graduate men and women, with a background in Politics, Economics, Law, Philosophy, Social Sciences, Agrarian Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Literature and Communication Sciences. The minimum qualification required for participating is a bachelor degree.

In order for prospective students to apply to the Summer School, they must
• register in the Summer School's website;
• browse the "Application to the 18th Summer School" and follow the instruction in order to:
1. fill out the application form;
2. upload their CV in English, in European format (this specific format of CV is available for download or can be filled on-line);
3. upload a letter of endorsement from the NGO/CSO they belong to.
