The Associazione Italiana degli Slavisti and the Universities of Florence and Verona organize a conference to be held in Florence on March 29-30, 2012. The topic of the conference will be the impact of Latin heritage on the development of identities in the lands of the Polish Crown and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania: History, Language, Literature, modeling patterns of culture and mentality. The program includes speeches from prominent scholars, the presentation of a volume and a concert of the Collegium Vocale Bydgoszcz.
