Enrollment Procedure

The country participants commit themselves to:

• participate in two workshops. The first workshop will be organized in Rijeka 24-25 February 2011. This workshop will be devoted primarily to hammering out the questions for the survey that will be conducted later in 2011;
• prior to the first workshop, each country participant must submit a list of possible country specific questions on symbols, commemorations and other potentially contested issues of nation-building in his/her country;
• write one chapter for a volume edited by the organizer. A first draft of this chapter must be submitted at least one month prior to the second workshop that will be organized in fall 2012;
