The organiser covers: participants accommodation and meals during the conference; the costs for the trip to Peştera Urşilor and Stâna de Vale; the costs to print and publish all the materials of the conference including the volume comprising the articles
The participants from the West Balkans countries, from Republic of Moldova and from Ukraine free of charge as regarding the participation fee. The organiser will not cover the travel expenses of participants.
