Karagandy State University

Description: Karaganda State University was founded on 1972 on the base of Karaganda Pedagogical Institute. Its academic programmes are offered by the following faculties: Biology and Geography; Foreign Languages; History; Mathematics; Pedagogics and Social Studies; Professional Arts; Physics; Physical Education and Sport; Philology; Philosophy and Psicology; Chemistry; Economics; Law; Skill Level Raising Faculty.
It is partner of the Tempus Projects "Curricula Reform in Space Technology in KZ,RU,UA", "Création de 4 Ecoles Hôtelières Supérieures d'Application (ESHA)", "Professionnalisation des enseignements en travail social", "Plan to Establish Research-Science-Enterprise oriented Universities for the benefit of Society" and "Central Asian Network for Quality Assurance and Accreditation".
