Research projects in social studies
The research projects collected under this site are carried through and written by a multidisciplinary team of social scientists. The authors seek to provide a basic understanding of the observed society, focused expertise and advice on specific areas of Central and Eastern Europe and Balkan society.
The researchers' extensive field experience, subject-matter expertise, and command of both quantitative and qualitative methods allow PECOB to provide a strong foundation for innovative policy analyses.

Balkanising Taxonomy

A friendly workplace. Trade unions and sexual diversity management in the EU and the Western Balkans

Submitted for application to the PhD Programme in "Diversity Management and Governance", this project seeks to explore processes, practices, and experiences of sexual diversity management within trade unions in the EU framework as well as to engage with the potential development of the field in Western Balkan countries. -
