The conference will analyze the methods and mechanisms of financing (including PPP), the legal aspects of municipal and sub-federal borrowings, the infrastructure projects in several Russian Regions, the experience from leading Russian and international financial institutions and the other prospects resulting from investment programmes in Russian regions.
In this context the conference will bring together a wide range of decision-makers from several of the Russian federal legislative and executive authorities, the City of Moscow Government, Russian regional and local administrations, major Russian and international investment institutions and banks, rating agencies and key players in the infrastructure sector.
