  • PhD Candidate in Transborder Policies for the daily life (University of Trieste) with the dissertation "Geopolitics of a transborder region: the Cultural Regionalism in the Ferghana Valley".
  • Honorary Fellowship in Political Geography (University of Roma "Tor Vergata").
  • Member of AGeI (Associazione Geografi Italiani), ASIAC (Associazione per lo Studio in Italia dell'Asia Centrale e del Caucaso) and Action Member of COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) for the Action IS0803 "Remarking Eastern Borders in Europe: a network exploring social, moral and material relocations of Europe's Eastern Peripheries.
