The conference
In the framework of the Italian-Russian Forlì Days initiative, every year since 2005 the Istituto per l’Europa Centro-Orientale e Balcanica has organised an international meeting as a regular appointment for prominent scholars and experts to gather in Forlì and discuss about topics of relevance for the relationship between the European Union and Russia.
The 2010 meeting will be devoted to analyse the current state of the EU-Russia relationship, focussing on the interests at stake in the Post-Soviet Area.
The conference will be organized in three different sessions, each developing a specific topic:
- Security Issues and Overlapping Interests in the Post-Soviet Area
- Key Challenges in Politics and Economics
- Ideological Issues
The audience will be provided with simultaneous translation from English to Russian and vice versa.
