Justice and Development Party

The symbol of the Justice and Development Party

Name in Turkish: Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi

The Justice and Development party was founded in 2001. It is a liberal-conservative party which is in favour of Turkey's entrance into the EU. It is currently the main party in the country. Its leader is Prime Minister Erdogan.
