The Faculties of Economics of the University Fernando Pessoa and the University of Oporto are organizing the Fifth Pan-European Conference on EU Politics, which will take place on June 24-26, 2010 in Porto, Portugal.
The conference is the occasion for scholars interested in and working on the European Union to gather together in order to analyze and debate issues of concern for the European Union.

The conference will be divided into twelve sections, each devoted to a particular topic related to the European Union, as follows:
Proposals for either individual papers or whole panels (to a maximum of four papers) may be submitted.
Besides paper title and an abstract, proposals for individual papers must include the name, affiliation, and contact details (including email address) of all authors.
Together with full details for each paper, proposals for whole panels must include the name, affiliation, and contact details for the panel convenor, chair, and discussant, as well as a short panel synopsis.
Proposals must be submitted online no later than November 30, 2009.
