Winter schools
Winter schools are short courses that address specific issues within one or two weeks of intensive classes. They are usually organized during winter breaks. Winter schools presented on PECOB are intended to delve into subjects of social sciences, humanities, literature and cultural studies that focus on Central Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

2015 Russian Language Winter School - Tallinn University
The University of Tallinn is organizing a Russian Language Winter School. The course is suitable for students of Russian at all levels, including complete beginners. It is ideal for students of political science majoring in the countries of the former Soviet Union, since it offers one of the best possibilities to compare two former Soviet countries as well as learn Russian.

Winter School on Federalism and Governance 2015
The Winter School on Federalism and Governance is a common project of the Institute for Studies on Federalism and Regionalism of the European Academy Bolzano/Bozen (EURAC), the Faculty of Law and the School of Political Science and Sociology of the University of Innsbruck. All editions so far were honoured by the patronage of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
