The program provides twenty to twenty-four hours per week of in-class instruction in Russian grammar, phonetics, conversation, cultural studies, and literature at universities and major academic centers in Moscow (Moscow International University), St. Petersburg (Russian State Pedagogical University) and Vladimir (KORA Center for Russian Language). All classes are conducted in Russian. Weekly cultural excursions within the host city and a seven- to ten-day mid-program trip are provided each semester.
