Research in Ethics and Globalisation (REG), the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Rijeka and Pomona College are delighted to announce our Summer School on Transitional Justice and the Politics of Memory in the Mediterranean, which will be held on the island of Cres, Croatia from 23 June to 3 July 2014.
This intensive 10-day summer school will explore transitional justice and the politics of memory in the context of the Mediterranean region alongside a number of comparative perspectives from elsewhere in the globe. In addition to the summer school academic program, which will include an international panel of experts, this course will also include films, excursions, a special workshop on academic writing, publishing and grant proposal writing, and guest lectures from leading transitional justice practitioners.
