Description of the Conference
The Institute of Political Science (Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Wroclaw) would like to invite you to VI International Student Conference “Politics & Society in Central and Eastern Europe”, which will take place in Wroclaw on May 12, 2014.
The conference is designed to present the research results of international and Polish students, interested in current developments in Central and Eastern European politics and societies. The programme will consist of plenary and panel sessions.
The registration process starts on April 3, 2014 and the deadline for proposals is April 24, 2014.
Important deadlines
- April 3, 2014 – the start of the registration process
- April 24, 2014 – the end of the registration process
- April 25, 2014 – the notification of acceptance + the programme of the conference will be released
- May 10, 2014 – deadline for delivery of papers and/or PPT presentations
In order to register, please send an e-mail to michal.kus@uni.wroc.pl with the following information:
- Participant(s) name(s), title and affiliation
- The title of presentation
- Short abstract (up to 200 words)
Important organizational information
No participation fee
The participants have to pay their own travel and hotel expenses.
Participants will be awarded certificates confirming presentation of a paper.
e-book containing text of presented papers is planned to be published.
The conference is supported by New Eastern Europe and Koło Młodych Politologów
Detailed information regarding organizational matters will be sent out to the participants after April 25, 2014.
