Description: The Corvinus University of Budapest is located in the city centre of Budapest, Hungary. The university offers degrees in multiple disciplines, but it is characterised by its programmes in economics and management. Corvinus University is consistently listed in the top 50 in the Financial Times European Masters in Management rankings.

Corvinus University of Budapest defines itself as a research university oriented towards education, where the scientific performance of the academic staff measures up to the international standard and the students can obtain a competitive degree having a standard and knowledge content identical to similar-profile universities and acknowledged on the European Union's labour market and on a global scale.

The University admitting more than 14,000 students offers educational programmes in agricultural sciences, business administration, economics, and social sciences, and most these disciplines assure it a leading position in Hungarian higher education. At the same time, its key ambition is to display the institution's uniqueness and to exploit the synergies resulting form professional diversity and from studying multiple disciplines.

Corvinus University, which functions as a real 'universitas', accepts students at six faculties and offer courses leading to degrees at the bachelor, master and doctoral level in countless specialisations taught in Hungarian, English, French or German, qualifying them in a wide variety of fields.

Description:
  The Faculty of Economics is the flagship institution in the education and research of economics in Hungary. It is one of the most popular and populous faculties at the Corvinus University of Budapest, with more than 1500 enrolled students and around 140 academics. The Faculty hosts students and professors from every part of the world, in particular from the European Union, Eastern Europe, North America, North Africa, Middle East and the Far East. 

Students who choose Corvinus University will have the chance to follow full degree programmes, short master’s certificate programmes or single courses, which will enable them to acquire a sound knowledge within the field of both theoretical and applied economics, with a specific focus on understanding policy decisions and the policy-making process in Central and Eastern Europe, the European Union and the global economy.
