Description

On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Institute for Security, Defense and Peace, at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, organizes an international scientific conference entitled Contemporary Security Paradigms and Challenges: Theory and Practice. The event will be held on 18-19th September 2015 in Skopje.

The aim of this event is to bring together scholars from Macedonia and abroad for an exchange of views and perspectives on the most important security-related issues for the world in the 21st century. Given the complex research interests and the curricula that have been developed almost simultaneously in the fields of security, defense and peace studies, the idea is to put forth an interdisciplinary approach with a dialogue among disciplines and various schools of thought.
